Carrot Halwa

Ingredients:

  • Milk – 1 Cup
  • Carrot – 1.5 Cup ( 2 carrots -grated)
  • Sugar – 1 Cup
  • Cardamom Powder – 1 Pinch
  • Ghee
  • For Seasoning:
  • Cashew Nuts
  • Dry Grapes

Method:

  • Pressure Cook carrot and milk together for 2 whistles
  • Add Sugar and ghee
  • Wait till sugar gets dissolved( it will take 15 minutes)
  • Add Seasoning items and Cardamom powder
  • Yummy!!!Now our carrot halwa is “Ready to Serve”
