Ingredients:

  • Maida Flour – 300 gms
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Dry Yeast – 2 tbsp
  • Warm Water – 1/2 Cup
  • Salt as required

Method:

  • Put Dry Yeast into Warm water along with sugar. Yeast gets grown along with sugar in 5 minutes

  • Use this mixture with Flour along with Salt and Sugar for preparing dough for Pizza base

  • Approximately, it takes about 15- 20 minutes for making dough with hand (ofcourse a good exercise). Cover it with Wet cloth and set aside for 1 hour so that the size gets doubled
  • After 1 hour, split the dough into 2 halves and roll it like a chapati with more thickness. Make sure to put holes then and there in the dough for spreading the heat evenly while baking

  • Heat the dosa tawa, place it for 1 minute each side (This step is optional to make base for future use)
