Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower – 1 Cup
  • Onion -1
  • Capsicum – 2 tbsp
  • Garlic – 2 pods
  • Ginger
  • Tomato Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce – 1 tbsp
  • Corn Flour -50 gms
  • Maida Flour – 50 gms
  • Salt as Required
  • Water as Required
  • Oil for frying
  • (Spring onion for garnishing)

Method:

  • Cut Cauliflower into small pieces and boil it in water for 2 minutes
  • Mix maida flour, corn flour, salt with required water to make dosa batter consistency
  • Now mix well with the cauliflower

  • Deep fry the florets and keep it aside

  • Heat a pan, add oil, garlic, ginger, onion and saute it well for 3 minutes
  • Now add the florets, soya sauce, tomato sauce(based on taste add it)

  • Garnish with spring onions/corainder leaves
  • Ready to Serve
