Ingredients:

  • Bhasmati Rice – 1 Cup
  • Cumin Seeds – 3 tbsp
  • Cardamon – 2
  • Cinnamon Stick -1
  • Ghee – 3tbsp
  • Cloves -3
  • Water – 2 cups

Method:

  • Soak Basmati Rice in water for 20 minutes
  • Heat a pan, add ghee. Add Cumin Seeds into it. Once it splutters, add cloves, cinnamon stick and cardamon
  • Add Rice and water. Pressure Cook for 10 minutes irrespective of whistle sound
  • Garnish it with Corainder Leaves
  • Ready to Serve with Yellow Dal
