  • Amla (Fresh) – 200 gms (cut into small pieces
  • Mustart Seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Methi Seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli – 2
  • Salt as required
  • Mustart Oil as required


  • Pressure Cook Amla for 1 whistle. Filter it after whistle gets released. Dry it in open for some time
  • In a pan,  add oil , fry methi seeds and mustart seeds till mustart seeds get splutter. Grind it into fine powder once gets cooled

  • In the kadai, add amla and fry it for 2 minutes
  • Add the prepared powder, chilli powder, salt

  • Add more oil to it and switch off the flame after 3  minutes
  • Ready for combination with Curd Rice 🙂
