Momos Chutney is a perfect combination for momos. It is always good to prepare our favourite recipes at home as it gives us immense pleasure to have it. One day, I was doing vegetable momos at home and thought of including spicy chutney as side dish for it
Ingredients to make Spicy Momos Chutney:
- Tomatoes -2 (Sliced Medium)
- Garlic Pods-2
- Red Chilies – 5
- Ginger -1/8 inch
- Salt -1/4 tsp
- Sugar-1/2 tsp
- Soya sauce -1/2 tsp
- Vinegar -1/2 tsp
Method:
- In a medium saucepan, add water -2 cups
- add tomatoes, red chilies, garlic and ginger
- allow it to boil
- cook for 5 minutes
after 5 minutes,
- turn off stove
- let it cool off completely
- filter to remove excess water
- remove skin from tomatoes
- add everything in a mixie jar
- add sugar, salt, soya sauce and vinegar in the jar
- grind into fine puree
- Spicy Momos Chutney is ready!!!
