Spic Momos Chutney

Momos Chutney is a perfect combination for momos. It is always good to prepare our favourite recipes at home as it gives us immense pleasure to have it. One day, I was doing vegetable momos at home and thought of including spicy chutney as side dish for it

Preparation Time: 5 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Serves: 2-3

Ingredients:

  • Red Chillis -5
  • Tomato- 2
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Onion
  • Garlic

Method:

  • Soak Chillis and tomato in water for 5 minutes
  • Microwave for 2 minutes or pressure cook for 1 whistle
  • Grind it into a fine paste
  • Heat a pan, add Oil, Garlic and Onion
  • Add grinded paste and cook for 10 minutes

Note: Perfect Combination for Vegetable Momos
