Spicy Momos Chutney

Momos Chutney is a perfect combination for momos. It is always good to prepare our favourite recipes at home as it gives us immense pleasure to have it. One day, I was doing vegetable momos at home and thought of including spicy chutney as side dish for it

Ingredients to make Spicy Momos Chutney:

  • Tomatoes -2 (Sliced Medium)
  • Garlic Pods-2
  • Red Chilies – 5
  • Ginger -1/8 inch
  • Salt -1/4 tsp
  • Sugar-1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce -1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar -1/2 tsp

Method:

  • In a medium saucepan, add water -2 cups
  • add tomatoes, red chilies, garlic and ginger
  • allow it to boil
  • cook for 5 minutes

after 5 minutes,

  • turn off stove
  • let it cool off completely
  • filter to remove excess water
  • remove skin from tomatoes
  • add everything in a mixie jar
  • add sugar, salt, soya sauce and vinegar in the jar
  • grind into fine puree
  • Spicy Momos Chutney is ready!!!
