Vegetable Momos

Vegetable Momos is a must try out recipe at home. It requires veggies of our choice and healthy as it involves steam cooking. I always order whenever I go to any chinese restaurant and finally gave a try at home.

Preparation Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 15 mins | Serves: 2-3


  • Ginger
  • garlic
  • Vegetables(Carrot, Peas, Cabbage, Spring Onion)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Maida
  • Ghee
  • Green chillis


  • Prepare “dough” using maida,salt, ghee and set (closed) aside for 15 minutes
  • Heat a pan, add ginger, garlic (can add ginger garlic paste) and green chills
  • Add vegetables and salt. Cook for 5 minutes
  • Roll the dough like chapathi and stuff with vegetable mix
  • Close it in momo style ( as Saree pleats)
  • Steam cook for 8- 12 minutes
  • Now our momos are “Ready to Serve” (serve with Spicy Chilli Chutney-check the recipe in blog)
