Bourbon Biscuit

Bourbon Biscuit is my all time favourite biscuit since my childhood. Never know that I can do it myself simply at home. When I was randomly surfing in Youtube, I happen to see this recipe and thought of try at home. The very next day, I did give a try for the biscuit with the below recipe, I literally could not believe myself that I can bake my favourite biscuit myself easily


Preparation Time: 10 mins| Cooking Time : 20 Mins 

For Biscuit

  • Maida – 125 gms
  • Powdered Sugar – 100 gms
  • Butter – 6 tbsp
  • Milk – 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa Powder – 75 gms
  • Salt – 1 tbsp

For Cream

  • Butter – 3tbsp
  • Cocoa Powder – 3 tbsp
  • Powdered sugar -25 gms


  • In a bowl, add butter, beat it creamy. Add powdered Sugar,mix it well

  • Mix the remaining biscuit ingredients and make a chapathi dough

  • Preheat oven for 375 F for 10 minutes
  • Take a butter paper, roll the dough, cut into rectangle shape and make holes like our bourbon biscuit

  • Place the biscuits in oven tray and heat it for 20 minutes
  • Once the time is over, take off the biscuits and allow it to cool

  • Prepare the cream by adding “For Cream” ingredients
  • Place the cream in between 2 biscuits (make sure holes part appear outside both sides)

  • Yummy Tasty Bourbon Biscuit is ready 🙂
