
Bourbon Biscuit is my all time favourite biscuit since my childhood. Never know that I can do it myself simply at home. When I was randomly surfing in Youtube, I happen to see this recipe and thought of try at home. The very next day, I did give a try for the biscuit with the below recipe, I literally could not believe myself that I can bake my favourite biscuit myself easily
Ingredients:
Preparation Time: 10 mins| Cooking Time : 20 Mins
For Biscuit
- Maida – 125 gms
- Powdered Sugar – 100 gms
- Butter – 6 tbsp
- Milk – 2 tbsp
- Cocoa Powder – 75 gms
- Salt – 1 tbsp
For Cream
- Butter – 3tbsp
- Cocoa Powder – 3 tbsp
- Powdered sugar -25 gms
Method:
- In a bowl, add butter, beat it creamy. Add powdered Sugar,mix it well
- Mix the remaining biscuit ingredients and make a chapathi dough
- Preheat oven for 375 F for 10 minutes
- Take a butter paper, roll the dough, cut into rectangle shape and make holes like our bourbon biscuit
- Place the biscuits in oven tray and heat it for 20 minutes
- Once the time is over, take off the biscuits and allow it to cool
- Prepare the cream by adding “For Cream” ingredients
- Place the cream in between 2 biscuits (make sure holes part appear outside both sides)
- Yummy Tasty Bourbon Biscuit is ready 🙂
