Mixed Vegetable Gotsu

Mixed Vegetable Gotsu

Gotsu- mixed vegetable Gotsu is a traditional Indian side dish for idli or dosa. If I have idli as my breakfast, will always try to make gotsu with what all vegetables I have that day. So we can customize the veggie choice depending on our availability. In that case, I include certain veggies which I hate being consumed alone. Initially, my uncle who is a very good cook, used to make gotsu for idli when I visit his home. So, ultimately, the recipe attracted me to include that in my menu. It is a must try out side dish for idli/dosa/even chapathis
