
Neer Dosa is a famous dish in karnataka. I went through the name of this dish in a traditional Udupi Restaurant and wished to make one at home when having time. One day, when I was thinking of what to prepare for dinner and got an idea to try this recipe. So, I got updates from my in-laws on its steps and tried out. As the name suggests Neer Dosa is like a water flowing batter requiring only 3 ingredients.Literally, it took around less than five minutes of preparation if we soaked the rice beforehand.Finally comes out to be a good funfilled dinner at home
Ingredients:
Preparation Time : 5 mins | Cooking Time : 10 Mins |Soak Time : 6 hours| Serves: 2-3
- Raw Rice – 1 Cup
- Scrapped Coconut – 1/2 Cup
- Water – 1 Cup
- Salt as required

Method:
- Grind all the given ingredients in mixie
- Now our batter is ready. It should be like flowing consistency
- Heat a dosa tawa, when it hot, start making dosa by making circle with the back of the laddle
- Close the upper part with a lid and cook for 2-3 minutes
- No need to flip the dosa
- Ready to serve
