Paneer Butter Masala is a rich creamy side dish for Roti or Chapathi. Restaurant style paneer butter masala can be prepared at home easily as it follows simple and easy steps. This recipe will attract kids whoever visits my home. I have used Sour Cream for Creamy flavor. If cream is not available, milk can be substituted. Also, I generally roast the paneer in dosa tawa as I like crispy roasted. Paneer can be added directly also without being roasted
