Peas Masala is a good combination for chapathis or rotis. first time i tasted peas masala in a restaurant in chennai and always wanted to try this recipe at home. since very less number of ingredients involved, it will be a good option before thinking of an alternative side dishes. just for to give a trial, I did not include bay leaf or masala items individually while preparing this recipe, instead i added cumin powder, coriander powder and masala powder alone in the process. I have included dry peas for this preparation and hence i soaked peas in the water overnight and pressure cooked for 6 whistles before beginning the recipe
