Mangos are delicious as fruit itself.. due to summer days, I thought of preparing lassi with mangoes. The process is so simple that just needs to blend all the ingredients. I Did Not Use Ice Cubes Or Chill Water While Preparing The Lassi. made a quick recipe and refrigerate it for about two hours before tasting it. I used honey instead of cane sugar. Sweetness can be varied according to the taste
Ingredients:
- Mango – 1 cup ( 200 gms)
- Milk – 1/2 cup
- Curd – 1/4 cup
- cardamom powder – 1/8 tsp
- Sugar/Honey as per taste
Method:
- Blend all the mentioned ingredients
- make sure that milk is warm enough before starting the process. else it curdles the lassi
- Also, ensure that curd is not sour curd as it will make lassi to taste sour
- transfer it to glass to serve. optionally, Ice Cubes can be added before serve
- enjoy chilled mango lassi in hot summer!!!
