
Mango Sorbet is a very simple and easy recipe to make at home. It is a perfect Summer Special dessert item to try out. The recipe requires simple three ingredients such as mango, sugar and water. Sharing below the recipe I used to prepare Mango Sorbet at home
Ingredients to make Mango Sorbet:
Preparation Time: 5 mins || Freeze Time: 12 hours
- Mango – 2 medium
- Honey – 1 tsp ( Sugar can also be used)
- Water – 1/4 cup

Method:
- peel off skin from mangoes and cut it into cubes
- freeze it for 8 hours or overnight

- take out of freezer and gently put all mango cubes into mixie jar (Food Processor can be used as well)
- Add honey and water
- Blend the mixture in PULSE mode until completely smooth
- Mango puree is ready now
- take a medium size bowl and pour the mango puree in it
- spread it out evenly and serve immediately or freeze it
- freeze the mango puree for 4 hours
- Mango Sorbet is ready now. Take Scoop and Enjoy!!!
